Recruitment Sales Adviser
Permanent | Salary circa £23,000
We are looking for a Recruitment Sales Adviser to join our Sales Team at The Fintel Group. This role is ideal for someone with strong sales skills who can build relationships, engage with prospective clients, and contribute to revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with new prospects via phone and email to promote our services and grow our membership base.
- Manage inbound queries from existing and potential customers, ensuring a high level of service.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system, tracking interactions and sales progress.
- Work towards individual and team sales targets, using effective sales strategies.
- Develop an understanding of the UK financial services sector and the needs of our clients.
Requirements:
- Experience in outbound calling, ideally within a B2B environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
- High IT literacy, including experience with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics is a plus).
- An interest in the financial services industry and a willingness to learn.
