Head of Probate
Permanent | Salary up to £50k depending on experience
Are you a Solicitor, Legal Executive or equivalent with experience in Private Client looking for a new opportunity?
We’re looking for someone join us as Head of Probate.
In this role you’ll lead a small established team as well as manage a varied probate case load.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Leading a full and varied probate caseload
- Liaising with clients by telephone and email, providing professional support
- Handling high net worth and complex cases
- Leading the Probate team, completing regular 1:1’s and providing development, coaching and training as required.
You will ideally be a qualified and practising Solicitor, Legal Executive or equivalent with experience in Private Client and managing a varied probate caseload. You’ll ideally also be STEP qualified or willing to work towards a STEP qualification.
In addition, you’ll display strong legal and leadership abilities, hold excellent time-management and organisational skills and possess excellent communication, both verbal and written.
